\u2022 Research, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and vendors.<\/div>
\u2022 Ensure purchased items meet the required standards and specifications.<\/div>
\u2022 Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate purchases to secure the best deals.<\/div>
\u2022 Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and review the quality of the purchased products.<\/div>
\u2022 Manage inventories and maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.<\/div>
\u2022 Prepare reports when required.<\/div>
\u2022 Enter required information into relevant databases and spreadsheets promptly.<\/div>
\u2022 Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.<\/div>
\u2022 Hold high esteem for work quality and ensure all tasks are completed within the set timeline.<\/div>

\u2022 Possess a Diploma or higher qualification in administration or an equivalent field.<\/div>
